Quannan R has had a fantastic career that started under the saddle of Sven Van Dijck and ended under Marc Bettinger with whom he managed to win no less than 7 major prizes in the last 5 years.

He was described by his rider as respectful but with the mentality of a "warrior".

 The father of Quannan R is the legendary sire Kannan. Kannan's pedigree is a succession of greats from Dutch breeding with Voltaire, Nimmerdor and Le Mexico. Stallions who guarantee inheritance of excellent jumping qualities.

This stallion was very successful himself under the saddle of Michel Hecart and subsequently ranked as the best sire for some time with, among others, the Olympic champion Nino Des Buissonnets.

 The mother of Quannan R is Nina R, a combination of A Lucky one x Lord Gotthard. She also produced the crack Chill R Z ( Chellano Z) who became a World Cup finalist with Charlie Jane (USA), reserve for the London Olympics and reserve for the World Equestrian Games in Caen.
